Gallegos to be honored at upcoming benefit

District Attorney Paul Gallegos will be the guest of honor for the benefit “Democracy Rocks Again,” sponsored by Local Solutions PAC on Sept. 24 at the Bayside Grange at 6 p.m..
The purpose of the benefit is to meet and raise funds for local progressive candidates, according to a news release.
Reservations are required for the event, which will include dinner and dancing. Tickets for the event are $25 per person and $40 for couples. Tickets for children under the age of 10 are free. The dance begins at 8 p.m. and tickets for the dance only are $10 to $20 at the door.
