Paul Gallegos filled with blatant politicking

Dear Editor,
Mr. Gallegos’s published words to the voters on Sunday sounded great; unfortunately, they are just blatant politicking to boost his election chances.
Those of us who have dealt with Mr. Gallegos know that he is far different from the image that he is trying to project to the voters.
I just finished a year of dealing with the DA’s politically motivated investigation of the Samoa pulp mill. I came away with the belief that Mr. Gallegos is incompetent, amoral, unscrupulous, vindictive and kind of dumb.
I think that Humboldt County can do a lot better.
