For your information, I had spent the two days prior
top my getting a camping (homeless) ticket with Shunka,
at the Earth First Media Center. And I do feel as
though I am being harassed by your Sheriffs Department,
because of a suspected affiliation between myself and
Earth first.
It is rather obvious that you did not review the
link that I had sent, with a scan of the ticket and
documentation that shows "I was meditating". Not
"camping". That web page address is

I find this to be a violation of my religious
freedom and I am seeking legal counsel.
I do not want a dismissal for this camping ticket. I
want a ruling that I can not be ticketed for camping
whilemeditating.
Some might think that it was actually a Christmas
Grinch, impersonating a deputy, by the date of the
ticket? Maybe he just wanted to give me an early
Christmas Present?
Now I dare ask, how is it that Gypsy was documenting
Pacific Lumber "poaching Redwoods" and they (to my
understanding) have never been charged for poaching the
tree that they killed Gypsy with?
After all, David Gypsy Chain was killed while
Pacific Lumber was committing a crime, as document by
David Gypsy Chain and the video that he made. A copy
of which I now posses and did watch with Shunka, at the
Earth first Media Center.
Now I am wondering how closely your office works
with Homeland security and if that "camping ticket"
might have been the result of federal surveillance.
From what I understand of this, Pacific Lumber had
not done the required environmental studies for it to
have been a legal logging operation.
Then a witness was harassed by the judicial system
and criminal charges brought against them.
Much like Judy Bari having been charges with
transporting a bomb when an attempt was made on her
life.
If Judi Bari were alive, I believe that she would
first and foremost be concerned about the unequal
justice. The lack of criminal prosecution of Pacific
Lumber for their poaching and the resulting homicide
because of their crime.
Then there is the issue of pepper spray being
swabbed into "protesters eyes" by your law enforcement.
Me thinks that Judi Bari would say,
"They divide to conquer. We must unite for justice.
How can we take justice to another land when we do not
have it here at home for ourselves? Justice starts at
home and your silence equals consent".
"You will know their opperatives bye their fruit, for
the sow seeds od dissent, to divide you".
But this is not just about Juli Bar, Earth first and
or myself. This is also about the lack of criminal
prosecution of corporate America, and other
corporations. For instance, Firestone tires is owned
by the Japanese.

My court arraignment is now set for March 9, 2005 in
Humboldt County court. This I night change to a
trial, of which would most likely change the date.
My only crime is being homeless

If we had evidence to prove a blatant reckless homicide by
Pacific Lumber Company, we would prosecute them for it. I think it is
clear to most people that this office does not think they
exempt from prosecution.
Regarding homelessness: If you are homeless, I feel for
you and all people similarly situated. Especially at night, when it
rains and when it is cold. If we are prosecuting you, it is not because you
are homeless. It is not because you are poor. Nor is because we think you
should look or think a certain way. It is because we have evidence that you
broke a law.
If you are homeless, you should make sure that you fully
discuss your case with your attorney. This will increase the likelihood
that such representation is worthwhile and all necessary information is
brought before the court.
